Power banks are treated as spare batteries. Up to and including 100 Wh they may be carried in cabin baggage; above 100 Wh up to and including 160 Wh prior airline approval is required and no more than two spare batteries are permitted. Above 160 Wh they must be transported as cargo and are not permitted in passenger baggage.
